27A-5-2. Contracts with public agencies for operation of local centers--Acceptance and use of federal grants. The Department of Human Services may contract with any agency of the United States government or any agency of the state government or its political subdivisions for the purposes of assisting in the operation and programs of local mental health centers, receiving grants of federal funds for those purposes pursuant to chapter 4-8B, and expending such funds under rules promulgated by the department pursuant to chapter 1-26.
