Section 27A-7-9 - Training and certification of board members. - South Dakota Statutes

27A-7-9. Training and certification of board members. All members of a board of mental illness are required to participate in a training and certification program prior to undertaking their duties and at least every three years thereafter. The Department of Human Services is responsible for conducting such training and providing manuals and forms for such training.
