Section 28-1-15 - Contracts with Department of Interior for Indian welfare.
28-1-15. Contracts with Department of Interior for Indian welfare. The secretary of social services is hereby authorized to enter into contracts with the United States Department of the Interior for the foster care of Indian children and other welfare purposes, to receive grants of federal funds for such purposes, and to expend such funds as by law provided.
