Section 28-1-2 - Definition of terms.
28-1-2. Definition of terms. Terms used in this chapter mean:
(1) "Adult services and aging programs," the program of services for adults and the elderly authorized by § 28-1-44;
(2) Repealed by SL 2004, ch 167, § 11.
(3) "Department," the Department of Social Services;
(4) "Secretary," the secretary of social services.
