Section 28-1-3.2 - Division abolished--Performance of functions.
28-1-3.2. Division abolished--Performance of functions. The Division of Social Welfare is abolished, and all its functions, including those functions transferred from the former Department of Public Welfare and the former Public Welfare Commission, shall be administered by the Department of Social Services as provided by §§ 1-36-5.1, 1-36-6.1, and 1-36-7.1.
