28-1-36. Annual budget for department--Federal funds included. The secretary of social services shall prepare an annual budget of all funds necessary for carrying out the functions and duties which are vested in the Department of Social Services and shall include in such budget an estimate of federal funds which may be made available to the state by the federal government for such purposes.
