Section 28-13-41 - Publication of information by county commissioners.

28-13-41. Publication of information by county commissioners. It shall be the duty of the board of county commissioners to publish the number of persons receiving poor relief, the amount or amounts paid, and if paid to other than the person receiving poor relief, the name of the payee, the amount thereof, and the purpose for the expenditure.
