28-18-5. Lease of property to nonprofit corporation by Department of Human Services. The Department of Human Services may lease any property under its jurisdiction, suitable for the establishment of such homes for the aged to any corporation or charitable organization that could qualify to the provisions of §§ 28-18-1 to 28-18-4, inclusive.
