3-1-1.1. Draft registration compliance as prerequisite to hiring by governmental body or agency. No person who is required by the Military Selective Service Act, 50 U.S.C. § 453, as amended and in effect on January 1, 1988, to register with the selective service system and who has not done so, may be hired by the state or a county, township, municipality, school district, or any other governmental unit or department in any capacity.
