Section 3-6-18 - Hours of employment of public officers and agricultural employees. - South Dakota Statutes

3-6-18. Hours of employment of public officers and agricultural employees. Nothing in § 3-6-17 applies to any public officer elected or appointed as such for any specific term or part of a term.
The provisions of § 3-6-17 do not apply to any person who is employed on any state farm or who is taking care of livestock or crops or performing any experimental work of the State of South Dakota.
