3-6-21. Rights of replacements for officers and employees performing duty in armed forces. No person employed to fill any vacancy created as a result of the officer or employee previously holding the employment being ordered to report for duty or perform duty in the armed forces of the United States may acquire any rights thereby, contractual or otherwise, which cannot be divested by a reinstatement in the manner described in §§ 3-6-19 and 3-6-20.
