Section 3-6-25 - Reservists' remedies for enforcement of leave rights.
3-6-25. Reservists' remedies for enforcement of leave rights. If any employer fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 3-6-22 to 3-6-24, inclusive, the employee may bring an action at law for damages for such noncompliance or apply to the circuit court for such equitable relief as may be just and proper under the circumstances.
