3-6-5.1. Temporary, emergency, inmate, and student employees' holiday compensation. No temporary or emergency employee nor any patient, inmate, or student employee, as defined by any rules promulgated by the Career Service Commission pursuant to chapter 1-26, may receive any compensation for any holiday as defined in § 1-5-1. However, the employee shall be compensated for any hours actually worked on such holidays.
