Section 3-6A-11 - Staff appointed by personnel commissioner.
3-6A-11. Staff appointed by personnel commissioner. The personnel commissioner shall appoint a technically competent staff to advise and assist the personnel commissioner, bureau commissioners, department secretaries, heads of institutions, directors, and supervisors to carry out their personnel management responsibilities and the provisions of this chapter.
