Section 3-6A-22 - Eligibility for vacancies in career service.

3-6A-22. Eligibility for vacancies in career service. The personnel commissioner shall establish eligible lists as needed, and certify names of eligible applicants to appointing authorities for filling vacancies in the career service pursuant to rules adopted by the Career Service Commission.
