Section 3-6A-29 - Promulgation of pay system rules.

3-6A-29. Promulgation of pay system rules. The career service commission shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to develop a statewide pay system which assures the principle of equal pay for equal work applying to positions existing in the career service.
