Section 3-6A-43 - Budgeting and remittance of federal support for administration.

3-6A-43. Budgeting and remittance of federal support for administration. All departments, offices, and bureaus which receive support from the federal government shall include in their budget sufficient amounts to meet their pro rata shares of the cost of administering this chapter and shall remit such shares quarterly to the state treasury in the manner provided by law.
