3-6A-44. False reports and fraud prohibited--Misdemeanor. No person may make any false statement, certificate, mark, rating, or report with regard to any examination, certification, or appointment made under any provision of this chapter or in any manner commit or attempt to commit any fraud preventing the impartial execution of this chapter and policies. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
