3-6A-9. Coordinator as management spokesman in collective bargaining. The coordinator appointed pursuant to § 3-6A-8 shall act as the chief management spokesman on behalf of and in coordination with representatives of the Governor, department secretaries, bureau commissioners, heads of institutions, directors, and supervisors to assure, insofar as possible, uniformity in working conditions and other contract settlements, and viable levels of personal services expenditures, including fringe benefits, that may be determined through collective bargaining.
