Section 3-7-5.1 - System continued in force.

3-7-5.1. System continued in force. The police civil service system under the direction and control of the Law Enforcement Civil Service Commission shall continue in full force and effect as a separate merit system administered through the Bureau of Personnel. This system shall continue to apply to all employees covered by it on June 30, 1973.
