3-9-11. Rules and regulations on household moving allowance--Prior approval required. The State Board of Finance is hereby authorized to adopt rules and regulations deemed necessary to implement the provisions of §§ 3-9-9, 3-9-10, and 3-9-12. The State Board of Finance shall require prior approval by said board before a moving allowance shall be authorized and the board is hereby authorized to designate what classification of officers and employees may or may not be authorized the moving allowance.
