Section 3-12A-10 - State employees excluded from plans. - South Dakota Statutes

3-12A-10. State employees excluded from plans. Notwithstanding § 3-12A-9, the following state employees shall be excluded from participation as a member in these plans:
(1) Those state employees who are not employed on a permanent full-time basis as determined by the commissioner;
(2) Those state employees who are covered by the plans under the option to have dependents covered.
