3-12A-13. Effective dates of coverage for new employees. All eligible employees who are employed after the health insurance plan becomes effective shall be enrolled on the first day of the second month following employment. All eligible employees who are employed after the dental insurance plan becomes effective may be enrolled on the first day of the second year following employment.
