Section 3-12A-14 - Elective coverage of dependents. - South Dakota Statutes

3-12A-14. Elective coverage of dependents. Any eligible employee may select to have any of the employee's dependents covered by each of the insurance plans. The election shall be made at the time the employee becomes enrolled in the plan, under such procedures as the commissioner may establish.
