Section 3-12A-15 - Election of dependent coverage after initial rejection.
3-12A-15. Election of dependent coverage after initial rejection. If dependent coverage is not elected at the time an employee becomes enrolled in each of the plans, subsequent election of dependent coverage shall be made under such conditions as the commissioner may impose.
