Section 3-12A-17 - Change in number of dependents covered. - South Dakota Statutes

3-12A-17. Change in number of dependents covered. Any employee with dependent coverage, as provided in §§ 3-12A-14 to 3-12A-16, inclusive, who has a change in the number of dependents may at the time of the change increase or decrease the number of dependents covered by each of the insurance plans, under procedures established by the commissioner.
