Section 3-12A-18 - Coverage of retired employees.

3-12A-18. Coverage of retired employees. Any contract authorized in § 3-12A-5.1 may provide for health insurance for retiring employees and their spouses and dependents as defined by rules and regulations of the Bureau of Personnel, and on such terms as the commissioner deems appropriate.
