3-12A-22. Funds transferred to trust fund--Disbursements. All funds transmitted to the State Treasurer's Office as designated transfers to the public employees insurance system shall be placed in the trust fund established by this chapter and entitled the public employees insurance system fund. Disbursements from such fund shall be made by warrants drawn by the state auditor upon itemized vouchers duly approved by the commissioner of the Bureau of Personnel.
