3-12A-22.1. Transfer of funds to South Dakota Political Subdivision Health Care Group--Expiration--Amount--Purpose. There is hereby transferred to the South Dakota Political Subdivision Health Care Group from the interest earnings, as determined by § 4-5-30, from July 1, 1987, to July 1, 1988, earned in the South Dakota Political Subdivision Employee Benefit Program premium refund and reserve account the sum of twenty thousand dollars.
In the following subsequent years, not to surpass fiscal year 1992, the interest earnings from this account, as determined by § 4-5-30, shall be transferred to the South Dakota Political Subdivision Health Care Group on the thirtieth day of January and the amount transferred may not exceed five dollars and twenty-five cents per covered individual per month not to exceed seventy thousand dollars annually.
The transferred funds shall be used to provide for any costs associated with establishing, operating, administering, or guaranteeing the South Dakota Political Subdivision Health Care Group.
