Section 3-12A-27 - Flexible benefits plan established.
3-12A-27. Flexible benefits plan established. There is hereby established a flexible benefits plan for members of the state health insurance plan established in this chapter based on the provisions included in Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Bureau of Personnel shall provide for the administration of the plan.
