3-12A-31. Flexible dollars--Benefits selected by bureau of personnel. Available flexible dollars may be used, if the participant so elects, to pay for the benefits selected by the Bureau of Personnel. The Bureau of Personnel may contract with one or more carriers to provide the benefits the Bureau of Personnel selects.
