Section 3-12A-9 - State employees included in plans.

3-12A-9. State employees included in plans. All state employees eligible for membership in the health insurance plan upon its effective date shall be enrolled in the plan. All state employees eligible for membership in the dental insurance plan upon its effective date may be enrolled in the plan.
