Section 3-18-15.3 - Grievance procedure adopted in absence of departmental action.
3-18-15.3. Grievance procedure adopted in absence of departmental action. If no grievance procedure is enacted as provided in § 3-18-15.1, the Department of Labor shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to adopt a standard grievance procedure to carry out the provisions of § 3-18-15.1.
