Section 3-18-3.4 - Time for filing complaint on unfair practice.
3-18-3.4. Time for filing complaint on unfair practice. Any complaint brought under the provisions of §§ 3-18-3.1 and 3-18-3.2 shall be filed with the Department of Labor within sixty days after the alleged commission of an unfair labor practice occurs or within sixty days after the complainant should have known of the offense.
