Section 3-18-6 - Rules of Department of Labor.
3-18-6. Rules of Department of Labor. The secretary of labor shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to carry out the provisions of §§ 3-18-4, 3-18-5, and 3-18-8.1. The rules shall specify:
(1) The procedure to be used for the election to determine representation for formal recognition; and
(2) The procedure to follow if negotiations reach an impasse.
