32-1-3. Motor vehicle powers of Department of Revenue and Regulation. The Department of Revenue and Regulation shall exercise the powers, and have charge of and perform functions, duties, and services with respect to the registration and licensing of motor vehicles and motor vehicle dealers, compensation for unusual use of the highways, motor vehicle titles, financial responsibility, and any other motor vehicle functions charged to the Department of Revenue and Regulation under this title.
