32-5-134. Submission of motor vehicle license revenues. Licensed agents shall submit all revenue collected for distribution pursuant to § 32-11-4.1, minus any amounts retained pursuant to § 32-5-133, to the secretary of revenue and regulation for distribution. The secretary of revenue and regulation shall reduce any revenue retained by licensed agents from the amount which would otherwise be credited to the state motor vehicle fund.
