Section 32-5-61 - Failure to apply for distinctive plates.

32-5-61. Failure to apply for distinctive plates. A failure on the part of an active member of the South Dakota National Guard to make application to his unit commander for such special number plates as provided in § 32-5-57 will result in such member being required to accept regular number plates for his motor vehicle.
