32-6B-33. Publication and issuance of single trip permit books--Rules--Fees. The Department of Revenue and Regulation shall provide for the publication, sale, and delivery of books containing single trip permits authorized by § 32-6B-32. The department, pursuant to chapter 1-26, may promulgate rules to provide for the issuance of such permits and to set the fee for those permits.
