32-11-7. Counties with unorganized territory--Use of funds. If any portion of a county is unorganized territory, the amount that would have gone to the unorganized territory under § 32-11-6, shall be retained by the county and expended by the county upon construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of roads and bridges of the unorganized portion of the county. The county shall expend the money among the congressional townships in the unorganized territory according to the number of miles of maintained township roads within the unorganized territory.
