32-12-43. Examination of eyesight required for renewal. For renewal of an operator's license, motorcycle operator's license, restricted minor's permit, motorcycle restricted minor's permit, instruction permit, or motorcycle instruction permit, the Department of Public Safety shall require an examination of the applicant's eyesight.
