Section 32-12A-17 - Restriction of operation under license issued by foreign jurisdiction.

32-12A-17. Restriction of operation under license issued by foreign jurisdiction. No person who has been a resident of this state for thirty days may drive a commercial motor vehicle under the authority of a commercial driver license issued by another jurisdiction.
