Section 32-12A-24 - Physical qualifications of school bus drivers. - South Dakota Statutes

32-12A-24. Physical qualifications of school bus drivers. No person under the age of eighteen may receive an endorsement on a commercial driver license to drive a school bus. Any school bus endorsed driver operating with an intrastate restriction shall meet all requirements of 49 C.F.R. Part 391 Subpart E as amended through January 1, 2010, in the area of physical qualifications.
