32-35-100. Forms necessary for purposes of chapter. The Department of Public Safety shall prescribe and provide suitable forms that are required or deemed necessary to administer the driver licensing and financial responsibility functions of this chapter. The Department of Revenue and Regulation shall prescribe and provide suitable forms that are required or deemed necessary to administer the vehicle registration and license plate functions of this chapter.
