33-10-4. Sentence of confinement in lieu of fines--Maximum confinement. All courts-martial of the National Guard, not in the service of the United States, including summary courts, may sentence to confinement in lieu of fines authorized to be imposed. No such sentence of confinement may exceed one day for each dollar of fine authorized.
