Section 33-11-9 - Control of armory by Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.

33-11-9. Control of armory by Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs has charge of any armory erected or provided pursuant to § 33-11-8 and shall arrange for its occupancy and use under the direction and responsibility of the senior officer in command.
