33-16-11. Office and personnel--Compensation of personnel. The director of the Division of Veterans Affairs shall, with the approval of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, establish and maintain a sufficient office and field force to carry out the provisions of this chapter, including representation at the veterans administration facility in this state.
