Section 33-16-14 - Representation of veterans as duty of division.
33-16-14. Representation of veterans as duty of division. The Division of Veterans Affairs shall act as the agent of any veteran of the state having a claim against the United States arising from or connected with wartime service in the armed forces, and prosecute such claim without charge.
