33-16-2.1. Department as division within Department of Military and Veterans Affairs--Functions performed by department. The former Department of Veterans Affairs, with the exception of the Veterans' Commission, shall comprise the Division of Veterans Affairs within the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and all its functions shall be performed by the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs as provided by § 1-46-8.
