Section 33-16-21 - Assistant attorney general assigned to division.
33-16-21. Assistant attorney general assigned to division. The attorney general shall assign to the Division of Veterans Affairs an assistant attorney general who is, if available, an honorably discharged war veteran. The assistant attorney general shall serve the division for a period of time deemed necessary for the adequate protection of the interests of veterans and of the state.
